Principal Environmental Consultant
Steve brings over 25 years of environmental consulting experience and has personally completed thousands of Phase I ESAs. His practical approach, sharp eye, and deep understanding of ASTM standards and regulatory frameworks make Steve a go-to resource for banks and SBA lenders throughout the region.
Steve served on the ASTM committee (E50.02) that wrote the Phase I ESA standard and provided assistance in conjunction with the EPA on the new standard practice to comply with EPA’s “All Appropriate Inquiry” regulation mandated by Congress (ASTM E 1527-05).

Environmental Scientist & GIS Consultant
Jordan brings technical expertise in GIS administration, geospatial analysis, data management, and workflow automation. His background encompasses GIS roles in the engineering, utilities, and environmental sectors. At EA, Jordan supports Phase I/II assessments, builds custom GIS tools, and helps clients manage and visualize complex data in clear, actionable formats. His addition to the team expands our ability to take on multi-site projects with even greater speed and precision.
