Principal Environmental Consultant
Steve Jones, MSCE
Steve brings over 30 years of environmental consulting experience and has personally completed more than 1,500 Phase I ESAs. Known for his practical approach, sharp eye, and deep understanding of ASTM standards and regulatory frameworks, Steve has long been a go-to resource for banks and SBA lenders throughout the region.
Steve served on the ASTM committee (E50.02) that wrote the Phase I ESA standard and provided assistance in conjunction with the EPA on the new standard practice to comply with EPA’s “All Appropriate Inquiry” regulation mandated by Congress (ASTM E 1527-05).

Jordan Jones, GISP
Jordan brings technical expertise in geospatial analysis, mapping, and environmental data management. With a background in __, Jordan supports Phase I/II assessments, builds custom GIS tools, and helps clients visualize complex data in clear, actionable formats. His addition to our team expands our ability to take on complex mapping and multi-site projects with even greater speed and precision.
